~ M A C R A M E ~ Looking through all the cakes I've created over the years and this beauty stood out a mile this morning! I love the rich tones, the battered copper pan texture of the gold tier, a splash of watercolour and then *that* macrame on top standing proud of the cake with it's dip dyed tassels ❤️ swoon!! This shoot was on our farm, the weather was temperamental to say the least, Gloria the @glampervan had not long set her wheels on Isle of Man turf and we were taking her down little farm lanes, and I'll never get over Kate at @bridalhouseanddressmaker letting us take her gorgeous dresses to the muckiest place ever! Here are some pictures of today’s Winter Open Day at @thebarnatavington. One of my cakes was on display along with some yummy macarons for couples to taste. . Unfortunately I couldn’t attend, but I’ve heard it was a great day. . This cake includes everything I love…colour, texture and deep tiers.
