Designers like Oscar de la Renta have embraced draped shoulders and off-the-shoulder designs (a natural progression from last season’s one shoulder dresses and cap sleeves). Monique Lhuillier’s range focused on pretty colours, introducing blues, greys and minty greens – a fresh take on the typical all-white bridal dress. Lace detailed necklines and collars were seen from Marchesa’s range giving a subtle, regal finish to the overall silhouette of the dress.
